Shipping Policy
Garden furniture is bulky, heavy, and awkward to move. Getting it to your door well matters as much as making it well, so here is exactly how it works.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed within [ CONFIRM: order processing time ]. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel or the freight carrier schedules your delivery.
Two kinds of delivery
Parcel. Smaller items — planters, lighting, tools, cushions, textiles, accessories — ship by standard ground carrier. Estimated transit: [ CONFIRM: parcel delivery estimate ]. No appointment needed; they are left at your door.
Freight. Larger, heavier pieces — dining sets, sectionals, loungers, pergolas, and large fire features — ship by freight. Estimated transit: [ CONFIRM: freight delivery estimate ]. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window, so please give us a phone number you actually answer.
Freight carriers offer different service levels — kerbside, threshold, or room of choice. The level that applies to your order is confirmed when the carrier books your delivery. For heavier pieces, plan to have a second person on hand.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and is always shown in full before you pay — never added afterwards.
[ CONFIRM: is there a free shipping threshold, and at what order value ]
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. The destinations we can currently deliver to are shown at checkout.
[ CONFIRM: any excluded destinations — e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO — and whether international shipping is offered ]
Inspect before you sign
This is the single most useful thing you can do. When a freight shipment arrives, walk around the pallet before the driver leaves. If you see crushed corners, punctures, or shifted contents, write it on the delivery receipt. A signed clean receipt makes a carrier damage claim much harder to win.
You are not obliged to refuse a damaged shipment. Note it, accept it, photograph it, and email us. We will sort it out.
Split shipments
Orders combining parcel and freight items arrive separately, and often days apart. That is normal and does not mean anything is missing. Each shipment gets its own tracking.
Delays
Severe weather, carrier backlogs, and seasonal peaks can extend freight timelines. We will tell you as soon as we know rather than letting a date quietly pass.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will almost always catch it. Once a freight shipment is in transit, redirecting it is expensive and sometimes impossible.
