We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary: teak grain differs board to board, reactive glazes vary piece to piece, and cast stone carries its own texture. Screens also render colour differently. These variations are inherent to the materials, not defects.
Dimensions and weights are given as accurately as our suppliers provide them and may carry small tolerances.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep stock accurate, but if an item sells out between your order and our fulfilment, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it. We will always tell you why.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be delivered to, or where stock is unavailable.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

8. Assembly and safe use
Many products require assembly and ship with instructions. Please follow them, and use all supplied hardware. Fire features, grills, and heaters involve open flame or high heat — read the manufacturer's safety instructions before first use and keep them clear of structures, overhangs, and combustible surfaces. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper assembly, modification, or unsafe use.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, layout, and design — belongs to Bersam or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
10. Your content
If you submit a review, photograph, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or offensive.
11. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond the express warranty in our Refund & Return Policy.
